What Is Your Return Policy?

We stand by our products 100%. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, contact us at contact.us-1@thirtyfathoms.com and we will coordinate a full refund (less shipping fees) for any items purchased within 30 days. We only require that you also provide your order number and email address. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you do not see a credit to your account after a few business days, please contact your credit card or bank directly. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still do not see your refund, please contact us again at contact.us-1@thirtyfathoms.com and we will assist you.
