Why the name Thirty Fathoms?

Although our business is located in San Diego, we still have a love for East coast fishing. From New York to New Jersey, the thirty fathom line rests in 180 feet of water and is a place where you can catch a variety of fish, everything ranging from wahoo, marlin and tuna to tilefish, cod and pollock. Our mission at ThirtyFathoms.com is to create and design fishing and outdoor gear with a variety and quality that matches our name.

What Is Your Return Policy?

We stand by our products 100%. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, contact us at returns@ThirtyFathoms.com and we will coordinate a full refund (less shipping fees) for any items purchased within 30 days. We only require that you also provide your order number and email address. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few business days. If you do not see a credit to your account after a few days, please contact your credit card or bank directly. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still do not see your refund, please contact us again at returns@ThirtyFathoms.com and we will assist you.

Where Are Your Products Made?

All our products are 100% designed, assembled, inspected and tested in the USA. Most of our products are actually 100% fully made in the USA also. But, when we must, we source some parts from overseas. We are committed to sourcing from overseas only for items of critical supply, critical quality and dual sourcing.

What Are Your Products Made Of?

Our knot puller product is made of T-6061 anodized aluminum, neodymium magnets and impact resistant rubber. Materials of construction for products can be found in their product description area.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

For consumer retail sales, we accept PayPal and all major credit cards. For retailers and wholesalers, please contact us at contact@ThirtyFathoms.com.

Can I Travel By Airline With Your Products

Since our knot puller product is a tool, we recommend that you check it in if traveling by air. In the U.S. TSA regulates carry on baggage. Tools are generally not allowed in carry on baggage so we recommend that you place the knot pullers in your checked baggage if at all possible.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Shipping costs vary by location and delivery services. We combine and discount shipping on all orders so that you do not get overcharged. In addition, shipping is free on orders of $75 and more.

Do You Ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, we ship to PO boxes. But, we can only ship to USPS PO boxes by USPS First Class and Priority Mail.
